(3) In the process of carbon belt processing, workers wind the carbon belt too tight or too loose, resulting in the carbon belt installed on the printer can not fit perfectly with the printer when running.

(4) Sometimes you will see small holes on the carbon belt, which are actually called pinholes or bubbles. This problem is caused by uneven coating of ink on the carbon belt at the beginning, which will lead to incomplete information printing.

(5) In the process of transportation, due to the high external temperature, carbon bands will stick together.

(6) There is no running edge of carbon strip paper core, which will lead to broken belt in the working process, so the edge of carbon strip can not be printed.

(7) A certain place of the carbon belt is blank, because in the production process, the light film is not properly handled, so there is a part of the carbon belt blank.

(8) The inferior mixed carbon belt is used. The wax base content in the mixed base carbon belt is too high and the resin composition is too low, which will not be able to highlight the huge advantage of the mixed base carbon belt.
